| Every sandwich is made on fresh Beckers' Dozen white or wheat bread, or an Italian roll. The bread is made from scratch by Mom each morning starting at 3:00 a. m. The loaves are over-sized to make sure there is enough to save for later if you need a snack. The sandwich selections include smoked honey mesquite turkey breast, smoked Black Forest ham, hard salami, mesquite baked chicken breast, smoked brisket (add $1.00), Albacore tuna salad, and veggie. You also have your choice of cheese. Cheese selections include swiss, cheddar, provolone, muenster, colby, and American. The veggie sandwich has two slices of cheese, colored peppers, sliced cucumber and a vegetable cream cheese spread. All lunches come with plastic ware, a plate, condiments, and a wet napkin to give you everything you need, all in an environmentally friendly container. |
